COMMENTS Originating from eastern Australia’s rocky cliffs, beach dunes and salt marshes, Zoysia is one of the most salt tolerant turf varieties available. All around, very good at wear, drought, cold, and shade tolerance. High resistance to disease and pests. The worst ailment is ‘Zoysia Patch’ , and this results from a fungus that develops due to poor air circulation, poor drainage, excessive thatching, and/or too much shade. Excellent at stopping erosion and sustaining through foot traffic.
